Hardwood construction with capped ends, using the same rope as our larger wands. The top of the garland is 38" inches in length with five 9" loops. Makes great bubbles even in fairly high wind. (For that reason we would never do an event without a garland of some type with us) The short length of the sticks requires older children and adults to bend a lot when loading wand with solution, thus suggested for younger children.
